Production unit in Ādaži

The history of the production plant in Ādaži can be traced back to 1972 when the local collective farm of the same name started making potato sticks that at the time were marketed under the product name Moscow. In 2016, for example, the total output of the plant was around 4,500 tons. The most popular products among the consumers are cream-and-onion potato chips, cheese balls and the new waffle chips, the latter being a result of a EUR 60,000 investment in the production technology by Orkla Latvija. The plant has personnel of more than 100 people.
